Personal favourites that we'll be opening this Christmas!
Tillingham Col 2019, East Sussex, England - Col Fondo natural sparkling wine. A pale, gold colour with a hazy appearance. Toasty, creamy baked apples with an underlying citrus acidity.
Ch. Grand Village, 2018, Bordeaux, France - A blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. It's rich and full of flavour which will only improve with age thanks to the Semillon grapes.
Strekov Fred 7, Slovakia - Dunaj and Alibernet blend naturally vinified. Juicy and refreshing and amazing quality! It's packed with red fruits. Medium bodied with earthy aromas, cherry and spice. A non vintage blend of local varieties, masterfully put together. A favourite of ours!
Pierre Bouree, Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir, France, Burgundy, 2018 - Garnet and light in colour, lots of strawberries and earthy notes like any great Burgundian Pinot Noir. A perfect balance of acidity and tannins.
Family Georgas Aged Sweet Wine, Greece, Spata - Natural, no sulphites sweet wine. Aged for 5 years in French Oak. The perfect tipple for after dinner.
