Offbeat Wines was established with a simple aim – to produce pure, unadulterated, and enjoyable English wines with environmental preservation and sustainability at the forefront of everything they do.
A blend of whole-bunch infusion Pinot Noir (from the Field Notes 1 tank) pressed to barrels for 11 months, and the free run juice of a 100% Pinot Meunier whole bunch-infusion (whole bunches suspended in their own direct-pressed juice.) Aged in barrels for 11 months. Blended together and bottled via gravity with no additions.
