Can Sumoi Estate is located in the middle of the Penedes region, 600m above sea level. The estate uses only organic practices in the vineyard and low intervetion in the winery. The grapes are hand harvested, destemmed and then soft treaded to release the juice. The wine ferments with it's natural yeats for 24 days in tank and then 21 days in bottle. It's then bottled, unfined and unfiltered.
This is a Pet Nat made from organic Montonega grapes sourced from very close to the estate. It's packed full of apples and refreshing citrus with an underlying savoury leesy flavour. Delicious and perfect in the sun.
