Natural reds from all over. Some funky, some more subtle but all amazing expression of the terroir that they come from. All made from grapes that are organically farmed with minimal intervention using only natural yeasts and very low sulphur if any.
1 x Gonzalo Gonzalo, Gran Cerdo Tinto, Rioja, Spain - Medium body Tempranillo. No oak used so the fruits are vibrant and fresh. Very easy drinking.
1 x Cooperativa Valli Unite, Ottavio Rube Rosso, Dolcetta, Croatina, Piemonte, Italy - Rustic red packed full of cherries, chocolates and some funky aromas. -
1 x Alfredo Maestro, Vina Almate Tinto Joven, Ribera Del Duro, Spain - Rich powerful Tempranillo from Spain made with no added sulphites. Plums and cherries with an underlying oak flavour.
1 x Vincenzo Rosso - Agricola Biodinamica de Vaira, Molise, Italy - Biodynamic beauty from Molise. A blend of Montepulciano, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Full of black fruits and spice. -
1 x Estezargues, Cotes du Rhone, Terre de Mistral, Rhone, France - Rich Rhone red, naturally made using organic grapes. Full body Grenache blend, packed full of spice and dark fruits. No fining or filtration and only wild yeasts used. -
1 x Waterkloof, Seriously Cool Cinsault, Stellenbosch, South Africa - Organically farmed Cinsault from Stellenbosch with very little intervention in the winery with only Sulphur being added. Cherry fruits, cranberries, very fresh with good acidity.
