Winemaking: Hand picked grapes are pressed straight into tanks where natural fermentation occurs using wild yeasts. Unfined, unfiltered and very low sulphur. Appears hazy.
Medium bodied, rich in flavour but amazingly fresh. Full of peaches and limes with an underlying minerality. It's a really tasty, dry Semillon that is made with respect to the vines and soils that the grapes come from.
