Vinification: Natural wine / Organic farming
Winemaking: Hand harvested grapes go through cold maceration followed by natural yeast fermentation. Matured in stainless steel tank without oak. Gentle filtration with low sulphur levels.
Deep ruby with violet tinges, intense and complex with subtle notes of ripe red and black fruits as well as prunes and liquorice. As the wine opens it shows some spiciness and an earthy touch. Light and elegant tannins.
Vinicola Corellana was founded in 1989 as a result of a dream shared by three best friends. The cellar and vineyards are located in Ribera Baja de Navarra, an enclave with exceptional natural conditions: typical Mediterranean terrain with slopes bordering the Ebro and its tributaries and generous hours of sunlight. The soils are clay and chalky.
