The grapes undergo a cold semi-carbonic maceration, bringing plenty of fresh fruit, aromatic lift and that wonderfully crunchy character associated with naturally made Gamay.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine is then aged for 10 months in a truncated-cone wooden vat, allowing the fruit to remain at the forefront while adding a little extra texture and depth. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, bottled unfiltered and with no added sulphur. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBright, juicy and seriously drinkable, with flavours of red cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry and juicy plum, alongside a gentle savoury edge and subtle spice.
