Viticulture: Organic Farming / Natural Wine
Vinification: Grapes are crushed and deposited into stainless steel tanks where they undergo 3 day cold maceration. They then go through a natural yeast fermentation. Aged in tanks for 12 months. Bottled unfined and with no added SO2.
A distinctive nose with black olive and black forest fruits. The palate is intense with blackberry fruit, black olive and clove spices.
Emiliana is on Chile's pioneers of organic and biodynamic wines. They make a wide range of wines but this is a focus on their smaller batch natural wines.
