For five generations, the Delabaye family has grown vines with a strong commitment to Champagne tradition. Their 10-hectare estate in the Marne Valley near Épernay spans 10 villages, including Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites. They cultivate Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, each chosen to reflect the region’s character. All grapes are pressed on-site to maintain full control of winemaking. Through careful blending and traditional methods, their cuvées are aged in deep cellars at 10°C, developing the house’s refined and distinctive style.
