Vinification: Hand-harvested. Destemmed and crushed together, then left on skins for 5 days. Pressed to a mix of stainless steel, concrete, and Georgian qvevri. Aged for 8 months before bottling.
Electric cherry colour with cranberry crunch and a slightly creamy, tangy twist. Bright, juicy acidity with a textured, mouth-watering finish. Best served chilled.
