About the Wine:
One of our best selling wines, Le Roc Ambulle Pét Nat Rosé is a naturally sparkling wine from Southwest France. Crafted using the ancestral method, this pétillant naturel captures pure, unfiltered expression with lively bubbles and a beautifully hazy appearance. A must-try for any low-intervention and natural wine fans.
Winemaking:
Produced using the traditional méthode ancestrale, this zero-added sulphur sparkling wine is bottled during its first fermentation and sealed with a crown cap. This allows natural CO₂ to develop inside the bottle, creating a gentle, refreshing fizz. Unfined and unfiltered, the wine retains its lees, adding depth, texture, and a subtle savoury complexity.
Tasting Notes:
Fresh, delicate, vibrant notes of ripe red berries, wild strawberries, and a twist of citrus zest. The soft bubbles and slight creaminess from the lees give this pét nat a rounded, textural finish while remaining crisp and refreshing.
Why Buy It:
A beautifully balanced natural sparkling rosé with low alcohol, zero added sulphur, and plenty of character. Perfect for casual sipping, aperitifs, or pairing with light dishes.
