Eric Narioo and Anna Martens began making wine together on Mount Etna in 2008, growing their family estate to 20 acres on the volcano’s northern slopes. In 2022 they launched Nord-Sud in the Adelaide Hills, bridging Eric’s northern-hemisphere heritage with Anna’s southern roots. Working from Basket Range, they source organic fruit and make minimal-intervention wines using clay, old oak, and stainless steel, with only small additions of SO₂ when needed.
