Made by Valentina Passalaqua, the natural wine legend of Puglia. She farms about 60 hectares of organic vines in the Gargano National Park. She changed her life as a lawyer in 2008 when she decided to reconnect to the land that she came from. Now makes a wonderful range of natural wines. The Calcarius range comes from a plot of vines that all shared the same Kimmeridgean Calcarius soils creating wines with amazing minerality and sense of place.
