“Vino di Anna” is a small, family-run estate on Mt Etna’s north face, where Anna Martens and Eric Narioo have produced natural wines for over a decade. With a young local team, they farm seven hectares biodynamically, focusing on old Nerello Mascalese bush vines and native white varieties. The volcanic soils and mountain light lend the wines minerality and character. Made with minimal intervention, native yeasts, and little to no SO₂, the wines ferment in a mix of traditional and modern vessels including palmento, stainless steel, wood, and qvevri.
