From the kings of Lebanon, Chateau Musar. This is their younger drinking red made from a blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are all grown organically and they follow the low intervention approach to wine making with no filtration or fining and adding very little sulphur. The wine is fermented in concrete vats and then ages in concrete vats until it is bottled.
Juicy, sweet summer fruits; raspberries, black cherries with hints of spice and well balanced tannins.
