100% Cinsault picked from 30-60 year old bush vines in the Helderberg area of Stellenbosch. The vineyards are close the ocean which keeps the grapes cool to allow for ripening and good levels of acidity to build up. Waterkloof follow the natural wine making ethos with by only using native yeasts and with the only additive a small amount of sulphur.
Bright fresh cherry fruits with cranberries and a great acidity throughout.
