Giacomo Montresor is the creater of this lovely wine. They are converting to organic practices currently along with reducing their carbon footprint by using much lighter bottles.
It's lightly aromatic with citrus and floral notes. Stone fruits and apples lead onto a creamy but bright and lively finish.
