No chemicals in the vineyard and low intervention in the winery. These wines are pure examples of the terroir of where they come from. Only natural yeasts used, no fining and no filtering which means they often have leftover sediment leaving them a little hazy. All organically farmed and Vegan.

1 x Loxarel, Cora Blacno, Muscat, Sauvignon, Xarel-Lo, Penedes, Spain - Aromatic and intense white from Pendes. Rich lychee with a refreshing minerality.
1 x Cooperativa Valli Unite, Ottavio Rube Bianco, Cortese / Timorasso, Piemonte, Italy - Fresh and alive low sulphur white with citrus and peach flavours.
1 x Terre de Mistral, Estezargues, France, Rhone - Classic Rhone red but made naturally. Bright black fruits.

1 x Roc' Ambulle Pet Nat Negrette NV Chateau Le Roc, South West France - Petilant Natural - natural sparkling wine made using the Ancestral method by closing the bottle with a crown cap whilst the wine is still fermenting keeping in all the native yeasts. This pink Pet Nat is cloudy and fresh with citrus, sweet raspberries and cherries.
