A partnership between the Terroirs Project and Les Vignerons de Beauvignac to create an
organically farmed Picpoul. Vineyards between Pinet and Beauvignac on limestone soil, with North-South exposure (0-20m above sea level) and a mediterrean climate with a maritime breeze due to the proximity to the Etang de Thau.Vines are aged between 20 and 25 years. Gobelet or cordon de royat pruning methods, no leaf removal, no green harvesting.
