Richard Woodfine has lived and breathed the natural earth world since studying Earth science at Oxford. He's now on a mission to create ethically-sourced natural English wine. He has recently planted vines in the chalk hills of the Chilterns to which he is applying regenerative and biodynamic farming techniques. The vineyard is surrounded by woods but with excellent sun exposure. Sandy loam on gravel, underlain by Cretaceous chalk.
