Vinification: Hand harvested grapes are fermented with natural yeasts only, no fining or filtration. Aged in oak for 9 months. Only 6,500 bottles are made annually.

Situated at Saint Pierre d'Aurillac, 20 miles SE of Bordeaux, Château Lamery owned by Jacques Broustet, one of the very few biodynamic wine makers in Bordeaux. The estate is miniscule at only 3 hectares and Jacques has been making biodynamic wine here since 2006.
