Viticulture: Organic Farming / Natural Winemaking
Created from 8 hectares of vines on clay-limestone soil from Vertheuil, north of Pauillac using organic and biodynamic practises. This is a wine without added sulphites, macerated for 24 days and then aged in concrete vats for 6 months.
Made by Claire Villars Luton and produced by Maison Ginestet who have long been working with sustainable agriculture and wine-growing estates. They are negotiants with a focus on quality and future proofing the vines.
