Wine making: Grapes are pressed fermented using native yeasts in stainless steel barrels. They use CO2 throughout to keep the wine as fresh as possible. Unfined and unfilted with a small amount of CO2 left in the bottle for spritz.
As fresh as a wine gets with crisp green apples and lip smacking citrus. It's dry with a little spritz to add to the explosion of freshness.
Quinta do Ermizio is in the Northern part of Portugal where these green wines are legend. Winemaker Antonio Monterio picks grapes from his 15 hectares with freshness and vibrancy in mind throughout.
