Vinification: The fruit comes from 50-year-old vines and the winemaking story is one of less is more… The wine is fermented and aged in new oak foudres but with minimal toast, with no filtering, no added sulphites and no racking this is essentially left alone for its formative years.

In the commune of Grozon, the domaine was established in 1932 by Désiré Petit who planted just under 1.5 hectares of vines on the Côte de Feule. Since then, the vineyard area has increased significantly to 27 hectares and the domaine is run by the third generation of the Petit family: Damien and Anne-Laure.
