Vinification

Dreamhouse is Titch Hill's take on the ultimate house wine: fresh, uncomplicated and made for drinking. The 2024 vintage brings together Reichensteiner and Bacchus, two varieties that work brilliantly in Titch Hill's hands.

Made with a low-intervention approach, keeping the wine bright, expressive and full of natural fruit character.

Tasting:

Fresh, zesty and super drinkable, with elderflower, lemon peel and crisp  apple alongside a bright, lightly floral character. There's a lovely juicy freshness to the wine without it becoming overly aromatic or sweet.

Producer and terroir information:

Titch Hill is a small, family-run wine project based on the South Downs in Sussex, run by Alex Tristram and Sam Bunker. The farm has been in Alex's family for generations, and in 2022 the family took the farm into in-hand farming for the first time in its 250-year history.

The vineyard sits on the chalk of the South Downs, less than 10km from the coast. Titch Hill take a nature-first approach to farming, working to organic principles and focusing on soil health and biodiversity. Their wines are made in small batches with minimal intervention, aiming to let the fruit and the place do the talking.

Dreamhouse is the fun, uncomplicated side of Titch Hill: bright, fresh, low alcohol and packed with English orchard and hedgerow character.
