Vinification: A combination of new oak (20%) and the rest old oak is used for fermentation. Full malolactic fermentation happens. Wines left to settle on lees for 9 months before blending together.
Apple, lemon and stone fruits with some toasty and buttery notes.
Based 4 miles from the sea in Herstmonceux, the 7 acre vineyard was created in 2007 by ex-Formula One engineer, Lawernce Warr. Named in honour of Larry's French ancestor, Henners Dubois who was forced to fell Paris for England during the French Revolution in the late 18th Century.
