Wine-making: Grapes are destemmed and spontaneously fermented together in open vats. 7 days of skin maceration, 8 months on fine lees without addition of SO2 in old 228 litres oak barrel and stainless steel tank. Small amount of SO2 added before bottling.
Good texture with plenty of creamy fruit and good weight. There are hints of pepper and spice too with good citrus notes to give balance.
