Vinification
A high-energy pet-nat from Titch Hill, made from Bacchus and Reichensteiner. The grapes are pressed directly and fermented separately before being brought together and bottled to finish fermentation, creating the natural sparkle.
Made with zero additions, this is a pure, vibrant expression of English grapes, with the natural freshness and aromatic character of the fruit doing all the work. The wine is vegan-friendly and sits at a refreshingly low 10.5% ABV.
Tasting note:
Bright, zesty and seriously refreshing, with citrus, elderflower and fresh hedgerow aromas. The palate is energetic and juicy, with a lovely combination of sparkling freshness and aromatic fruit.
