Mas de Daumas Gassac are the masters of the Languedoc, creating what people refer to as the Grand Cru wines of the region. They have a perfect combination of microclimate and soils that can create amazing wines. They use organic practices in the farm and only use natural yeasts. Syrah and Carignan made in a Provence style that is dry and fresh. One taste of this and you feel like you have been transported straight to the South of France.
The perfect spring and summer wine, it's fresh, dry and full of strawberries and an underlying citrus acidity.
