The Lapierre family are known for their incredible natural wines in the Morgon town in Beaujolais. They have 13 hectares of vineyards in and around Morgon which they farm organically. To truly express the terroir of the vineyards the Lapierre have always used low intervention wine techniques leaving wines unfiltered and unfined with minimal sulphur. The grapes undergo semi-carbonic maceration as keeping with the Beaujolais style. Resulting in very fresh wines with low tannins that are great to drink young. Raisins Gaulois Gamay is a prime example of this.
Raisins Gaulois Gamay is a natural red bursting with fresh red fruits, perfect for any occasion. Light bodied and drinks very easily!
